SensID cfDNA Produkte sind intensivst charakterisierte humane cfDNA aus Zelllinien. Hergestellt für Liquid Biopsy Untersuchungen in ihrem Labor oder F&E-Abteilung. Angaben zum Mutationsstatus von spezifischen Genen und Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) Daten sind frei zugänglich durch das Personal Genome Project (PGP) and eigener Qualitätssicherung.
Diese Produkte sind in idealer Weise geeignet für digitale PCR und/oder Next Generation Sequencing (NGS). Insbesondere zur:
- Validierung und Entwicklung von Sequenzierprotokollen (z.B. Amplicon Sequencierung) und PCR-Protokollen
- Vergleich der eigenen NGS Performance mit frei verfügbaren Datensätzen
