Nucleosome ctDNA (human, BDXXP4)

Nucleosomal ctDNA (n-ctDNA): Reference material with the lowest mutation background noise in the industry.

  • Reference material with above-average low error rate, enables lowest LOB/LOD/LOQ* for NGS assays including MRD** tests
  • Very good library conversion rate

This cfDNA is intensively characterized human cfDNA from a SensID proprietary lymphoblastoid cell line (BDXXP4). Production from other cell lines possible on request.

Due to the patient-like fragmentation pattern very well suited for liquid biopsy investigations in your laboratory or R&D department as well as clinical studies.

How to create your full workflow plasma control material based on SID-000128:

We recommend the use of our human DNA-free plasma products to produce complete workflow controls with this product. Blend the cfDNA as necessary with the DNA depleted plasma to receive plasma materials with the necessary DNA concentrations.
