Mutations:
62 cancer relevant mutations across 57 genes. List of mutated genes with specific mutations attached under “Additional Genes Covered” Tab.
Tested for PIK3CA-H1047R (HGVS: c.3140A>G) & PIK3CA-D350N (HGVS: c.1048G>A) with ddPCR for precise determination of allelic frequency.
The genome was sequenced and tested orthogeneously for specific mutations using ddPCR.
Allelic frequency:
PIK3CA-H1047R = 50% (measured using ddPCR)
PIK3CA-D350N = 50% (reported in sequencing report)
