Mutations:

85 cancer relevant mutations across 74 genes. List of mutated genes with specific mutations attached under “Additional Genes Covered” Tab.

Tested for PIK3CA-E542K (HGVS: c.1624G>A) with ddPCR for precise determination of allelic frequency.

The genome was sequenced and tested orthogeneously for specific mutations using ddPCR.
