Mutations:

2287 cancer relevant mutations across 116 genes. List of mutated genes with specific mutations attached under “Additional Genes Covered” Tab.

Tested for PIK3CA-E545G (HGVS: c.1634A>G) with ddPCR for precise determination of allelic frequency.

The genome was sequenced and tested orthogeneously for specific mutations using ddPCR.
